Saint Aidan Wines was a long-established business within the community, complete with a respected winery, restaurant, and cellar door. When new owners took the reins, their challenge was dual-layered: they needed to inject fresh, approachable energy to attract a new generation of wine lovers, all while deeply respecting and retaining the loyalty of the existing, established customer base. They needed a strategic facelift that felt more like a evolution than a sudden change

As a team we recognised that successful change at Saint Aidan required more than just new photos but required a complete commitment to a future vision. Our strategy was built on careful consideration, fun, and genuine long-term partnership:

  1. We completely revamped their social channels, but with a focus on people. We created fun, people-focused content that celebrated the beautiful setting and the genuine enjoyment of the vineyard experience.   2. The new owners' goal was to make the venue more family-friendly and broadly approachable. Every piece of content we created, from images of relaxed dining to highlighting the open space, was meticulously designed to communicate this future goal. We ensured that the visual identity consistently built toward the brand's long-term destination.

  3. We understood that the digital presence must reflect reality. We went several steps further than content creation, consulting on many aspects of the business.
