I acknowledge the Wardandi people of the Noongar Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work here in Bunbury.
I pay my respects to their Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

I honour the deep connection this land holds, its stories, its spirit, and the enduring wisdom that has been shared across generations.

I turn to nature not just for inspiration, but understanding, using the land to reflect the human condition, to notice more, to feel more deeply.

This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
